Under a Monitor contract, patch management, security checks, anti virus software maintenance, and back up verification are automatically taken care of.
When an issue is found on your network, you are notified of the issue, given an estimate to resolve, and can make the choice to have this repaired or not. Onsite & in office repairs are discounted greatly when a monitor contract is valid, from $90.00 per hour onsite to $65 per hour. In office repairs from $75 to $65.
This contract also includes remote desktop services as well as email or phone consultation services. Which are typically billed separately.
Starting at as low as $99 per month for up to 10 devices, when you need the piece of mind that your network is secure, updated, and being watched for potential issues like a hard drive crash, over clocking on a CPU, or that the backups did not finish, and have a limited budget, this is the contract for you.
